Reynolds and Avin help Coral Springs win 1st District Championship in 17 Years

For the first time since 2003, the Coral Springs girl’s basketball team won the District Championship following their win over Deerfield Beach High School 37-34 on Friday night.

The Colts took a one-point lead into halftime, but in the third quarter, the two teams combined for 37 points. However, Coral Springs held Deerfield Beach without a field goal in the final eight minutes for the three-point win. To read full article click here

The Coral Springs High School girl’s basketball team continue their amazing run by advancing to the District Finals following their 68-27 win over Monarch High School.

The Colts, who have won six of their past seven games, and 13 this season, were led by Isabella Reynolds, who had a team-high 14 points.

“We defended and kept the pressure on them because we know they shoot the ball well,” said Head Coach Brenton Hankerson. To read full article click here
