Suns Going Dancing

It is March Madness and the Miami Suns are going dancing!!! 8 former Miami Suns will be playing in NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament and 2 will be coaching.  Beatrice Mompremier, Iggy Allen and Coach Fitzroy Anthony will host games at the University of Miami on Friday March 22nd taking on FGCU as a # 4 seed.  Diamond Battles will also play in Coral Gables Friday as her UCF squad earned an at large bid and a # 12 seed and will face Arizona State.  Kiki Harrigan and her South Carolina Gamecocks also earned a # 4 seed and will host Belmont.  Ogechi Anyagaligbo and the Kentucky Wildcats received a # 6 seed and will face the Ivy League Conference Tournament Champions Princeton.  Keyanna Warthen and the Indiana Hoosiers are a # 10 seed and face the Texas Longhorns.   Crystal Primm and her Auburn Tigers also earned a # 10 seed and will face BYU.  Rishonti Cowart and Southern University earned the autumatic qualifier bid and will face # 1 seed Mississippi State.  And coach Demetria “Meechie” Frank Bethune Cookman’s squad also received a # 16 seed earning the automatic qualifier and take on # 1 seed Notre Dame.  Good luck ladies!!!
